Lord Stephan,
I and my Lady wife are sorry to hear that the fates have conspired to 
halt your journey to GW. I know well the feeling for as you know it has 
happened to us and many others of Hellsgate this year.
You are still welcome to come by Saturday afternoon for your garb, or 
you can pick it up at your leisure. However, my lady and I do have plans 
Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.  Can you turn your leave back in 
to save it for another time. I know you can do that in the Army, not 
sure about where you work.
Once again my friend I am sorry to hear that even with all your ups and 
downs on this one that you are unable to attend GW.
