[Hellsgate] Castelton clean up

We hope so too. The Pain Clinic last Friday gave her some topicals that 
were supposed to help. The Nurse Practitioner said that if it wasn't 
better by this Friday then  get a MRI or X-ray done. Everything seemed 
like it was going well, although it was still a bit swollen. Then last 
night in a rush to the privy she wrenched it again. It's just not 
bouncing back since the first  injury almost three weeks ago. She was 
doing do well at Coronation, I thought sure we were through that.
