[Hellsgate] Gate for crucible

Greetings unto the fair people of Hellsgate, at populace last week it was asked if several people if they would volunteer with gate shifts for Crucible. I have contacted Mistress Gwenneth, our regional exchequer if she would come and teach a gate class. She has said that she can come on a social night to teach it. 

So which social would be best for her to come? It is highly recommended that if you have agreed to help with gate that you take this class. We need to arrange it so that all of our volunteers are present.
