[Hellsgate] You never know unless you try

There is a 16 acre piece of and about half a mile from home that I pass by each day. Its open field with nothing but grass, a horse pen, and a home made batting cage, and its for sale. Each day I think wow what a great place it would be to do _____________! Then I look at the for sale sign and am like "if only". Well today on the way home I looked and saw two vehilces with folks at the batting cage so I pulled up. Turns out the owner and I went to high school together. He has no interest in the land other than money, uses it to let the kids of his daughters team practice softball, and he keeps a horse on it. I talked to him a bit about what we do and the fact we have to drive to Georgetown to shoot archery. His reply? Well if it helps y'all, you are more than welcome to come out here. The only proviso is that I am present, and we don't shoot the horse. Their is a nosey neighbor who may call the police but they know who he is and he will verify it. Best
 part is he isn't charging us a dime. we will need to set up an area, and build whatever we need as far as target props and such and we can leave them there, or take them with us.  While that is going on if any heavies or rapiers want to play that is fine too, this will all be unofficial and listed as Stephan's Sunday Social (We dont have an archery Marshal)

 The address may not work but its in the 6300 block of Jupiter Dr in Temple Texas. Its an open field on the left with a for sale / lease sign on it. There are no facilities or water on site. So bring you chairs, pavillion, snacks, and drinks and attend to potty breaks before you come. I have a target block I will bring this Sunday from Noon to 4 pm. If you have anything to donate such as a stand, target etc they are appreciated.
