[Hellsgate] Fighter Practice

Good Gentles of the Stronghold of Hellsgate, it is with a heavy heart 
that I must send this notice. Until further notice all Rapier activity, 
fighting, practice and or slow work must seize.
Also Chivalric will be restricted based on specific criteria, which I 
shall go over on Wednesday at A&S and Thursday at Social. Once again I 
regret this action and pray that it shall be quickly resolved.
