[Hellsgate] Fighter Practice

Lord Ionnes,
I understand what you are saying, however this has not been a problem 
until the recent influx of new people and the departures of our rapier 
marshal. It was an innocent request by a newbie that has stirred much of 
it up and steps have been taken to correct the problem and moving forward.
This new person was at his second social. We are also dealing with young 
Pvts. and PFC's etc, that do not necessarily have the funds all at 
once.  They also quite naturally want to try it before spending money.  
We have never allowed anyone to do fighting without the proper gear. 
However, I am at fault in seeing nothing wrong in slow work or training 
for sword parries to be done in minimal kit and mask. Nothing that would 
put stress on a blade or person.
It has been less than 48 hours since this has become a concern and we 
have a new rapier marshal and looking at either building loaner kit or 
purchase for rapier.
