Unto the members of our fair stronghold does Lord Eric Bentbow send 
greetings and Wassail. My lords and ladies, the new year is upon us and 
just as quickly so is another meeting of our populace. As a reminder 
populace is Wednesday evening from 8-10 pm at the Denny's Restaurant in 
Killeen. As this is the beginning of the new year, we will be discussing 
a number of things.

Announcement of deputies to the office of Seneschal
Voting for a Stronghold motto
Choosing a permanent date for Crucible bids.
An offer from the Scouts to participate in a week long Medieval themed 
activity.
The announcement of our new A&S Officer
The need for deputies for Exchequer, Herald and Hospitaller.
Possibility of a bid for Kings College (Tabled from last month)
Hood Howdy in February (If I have any information)
Update from the event Stewards for Commanders Crucible in March
Updates if any for February Tiny Tourney
Our quarterly pot-luck luncheon in February
Upcoming A&S Classes
Second Saturday Social and Fighter Practice. Keep, Cancel or move
Status of Care Packages for our deployed populace members

Along with all of the above we will have our normal drawing for MMMMM.
So come one come all, let's have some fun and do good things for moving 
the Stronghold forward.
