[Hellsgate] TYP Class for Scout Week next week.

Hellsgate is assisting the local Scouts with their annual "camp". They 
have a Medieval theme this year to be held June 9th -13th from 3pm to 8pm.
Monday the 9th they are requesting as many people in garb as we can get 
for an opening parade or procession. Then people for atmosphere and some 
discussions or displays, demos through the week. Times for those are 
mainly 6 - 8pm (may change).
Primary max participation day is Friday for closing ceremonies which is 
also Parents Day.
They are looking for fighting Demos and what ever else we can pull together.
I have one more meeting for planning so hopefully everything thing will 
be locked in at that time.
Set up is Monday 9 Jun in the morning prior to the opening ceremony.
