[Hellsgate] Award forms and assistance

At this point, we need 2 marshals each for chivalric and rapier.  I believe
Stephan is planning to assist on rapier and Grim will be assisting on
chivalric, so that leaves at least one more for each.  This is based on
discussions with the current champions.  Please forward as necessary.
