Notes for Hellsgate Demo- Scout WeekJune 9-13 2014

Dates 9-13 June 2014

Location -- Central Texas College (CTC) Fitness Center

Times -- 1500-1899 hrs. (Roughly)

Wanted -- Volunteers for atmosphere.

Volunteers to demonstrate A&S project -- Specifically: Forge work, Archery,

Volunteers for fighter demos: Chivalric and Rapier

Volunteers for Jousting :

Tents (pavilions) for color and atmosphere

Banners and pennants

Anyone spending more than 1 ½ hours on site around the Scouts must have 
the Texas Youth Protection class.Available on line takes about 20 
minutes of your time. Or get class at 1900 hrs. at any of the following 
Preregistration dates:

May 6^th -- CTC Fitness Center

May 13^th -- CTC Planetarium

May 20^th -- CTC Fitness Center

May 29^th -- CTC Fitness Center

June 3^rd -- CTC Fitness Center

Primary Days -- As many as possible.9 June at 1300 for Grand Entrance at 
1400.Friday 13 June Parents Day -- 1800-2030.

Demos each day -- 1700-1800

I know that this causes conflicts with work schedules etc. Also for some 
the prep for Kings College. However any that can help out will be 
greatly appreciated.
