[Hellsgate] Special Archery Practice-This Sunday 9/7

Reminder: This Sunday's Archery practice will be held at Pioneer Farms,
10621 Pioneer Farms Drive, Austin.

If there is even a slight possibility that you may attend, I NEED YOUR
(full mundane) NAME ASAP!!
If your name is on the list, at check-in say you are with the SCA Archery
group, you will be granted FREE access to the range only. If your name is
not on the list or you want to explore their exhibits or other
activities, you will be asked to pay the admission fee.

Pioneer Farms is open from 10am-5pm. Come join us anytime during these
hours.  Some of the Marshals and I will be there before and after hours to
setup and teardown.

There is no parking at the archery range and all motor vehicles must remain
in the parking lot during operating hours.  Park in the main lot, check-in
at the General Store,  and walk down to the range. NOTE: It is a good long
walk, come prepared. Anyone with mobility concerns, please contact myself
or Jesse.

I highly recommend you bring - your archery gear, a chair, mug/cup, and a
wagon to haul all your stuff.  The usual loaner gear will be available.
Garb is not required.  Don't Forget the Sunscreen!  Start hydrating now!

Since some of us will be there all day, we are also bringing food and 4
coolers of water/tea.  I'll bring a table, plates, paper towels, and trash
bags. Wolf will be firing up the grill and cooking Ribs;  Mary is bring
fajita meat, veggies, and ears of corn; Please bring a food item/side
dish/snack/dessert to share.
