Hellsgate @ Geekfest
Come represent the Stronghold at our largest demo of the year! Mistress Mel
is the point of contact for this event- message her if you'd like to be put
to work! We will have two stage slots, "Picture with a Fighter", and a
table display of current A&S items, as well as the usual fighting display.

Schedule
7am – 8am list field, water tent, and artisan tent set up. Juan is in
charge of list field, Lindsey for water, Timur for artisan.
8am – 9:30am Table display set up - Mel and Erik, Sitting area - Amy
9:30 Briefing - All need to attend! We might have to reevaluate the day. I
will also go over demo etiquette, brief you on the day’s schedule, and make
sure waivers are all signed. Location will be the planetarium. This is so
the people coming on site will see the fighters in armor walking through
the building and out to the list field.
10:00am door opens – everyone in their positions
10:00 Classroom
10:00 Picture with a fighter
10:00 Some fighter walking about in their armor to entice people to come
see the tournament.
11:00 First fighting demo
***Remember this is a tournament, not a fighter practice, fall down and
make a show)
1:00 Fighting demo
1:00 Stage 1st performance is Simone with Middle Eastern Dance. Stage is
located in the Student Center.
2:00 Stage Fighting Demo Willoc and Ty
3:00 Classroom (Lindsey will need to come in and cover the table)
3:00 Fighting demo
5:00 Fighting demo (Tear down list field as soon as tournament is over)
6:00 Geekfest ends!!
