[Hellsgate] Hellsgate Artisan Enclave?

Greetings to the list,

I am  considering something and would like some input. Would there be
interest in a traveling monthly dinner at a restaurant for artisans to sit,
catch up, throw out ideas,  discuss projects, maybe do some planning or
something for a group project?
