[Hellsgate] Financial Policy

[Seneschal of Hellsgate]

Greetings Hellsgate.

To the members of the Financial Committee: we will be meeting next Thursday
at 7pm to review the Financial Policy. There are Kingdom mandated things we
must add.

To the populace immediately following that meeting I will be calling for an
emergency populace meeting to ratify the changes so it can be submitted.
