[Hellsgate] Financial Policy Draft

[Treasurer of Hellsgate]

Hellsgatians,

I have attached the most recent draft of our financial policy - additions
have been bolded and highlighted. The policy will be reviewed tomorrow
night at our weekly Social/Practice (7p @ Carl Levin Park). Please look it
over in preparation! If you notice any inconsistencies or changes that
should be made and cannot make it to the meeting, feel free to email
treasurer at hellsgate.ansteorra.org with those changes and I will bring them
up at our review.
