ANSTHRLD - Grant question

Some non-armigerous awards convey precedence, some do not; and there are
examples of non-armigerous awards that out-ranked simple AoA's in period
times and in other kingdoms. Where do Ansteorra's non-armigerous awards
fall?

I'm going to expose my ignorance further and ask another question. Does
the order of march in Ansteorra exactly follow the Order of Precedence?
(I have lived and played in 7 kingdoms and 3 principalities, including
Ansteorra's parent Atenveldt, and this would be the first place where
that was so) Does the order in which a single person's award differ?
(which is also possible, both middle ages and current middle ages)

As to the posted order. It says that a citizen of the principality of
Ansteorra who received a kingdom AoA would rank below the Ansteorran who
received who received a kingdom AoA after we became a kingdom. Isn't
this a mistake.
