ANSTHRLD - Need help, please

Greetings to the list,

I found a list of Republic and Empire Roman Consuls on the web,

http://www.suba.com/~robo/consul.html  and need to know the source for
documentation.

There is no "homepage", just the address. Can anyone tell be how to find
the author of this page? 

I have tried to each part of the address, but it won't open.  Any
suggestions?
