Herewith are the decisions for ILoI 0698 as determined at the kingdom
meeting held in Bryn Gwlad on August 22, 1998. Please note that decisions
cannot be considered final until they have appeared in the Ansteorran Gazette.

1) Angus Duncan Cameron
Badge – returned for conflict with Laurence of the Crystal Sword (1/73),
"Per chevron ployee argent and sable, a crystal sword azure, hilted Or,
pommeled of a ruby proper." There is one CD for fieldless versus fielded
armory, but none for the change in the type of sword or for the change in
tincture of the hilt.

2) Bordermarch, Barony of (Order of the Keys of Bordermarch)
Name – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.
Badge – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.

3) Donovan Fitzpatrick
Name – forwarded to Laurel as submitted

4) Faustus of Antioch
Name – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.

5) Jelyan of Lindisfarne
Name – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.

6) Loch Ruadh, Canton of
Name – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.
Badge – forwarded to Laurel as submitted with the support of the College
for the appeal.

7) Owen Campbell
Device – returned for redrawing. As drawn, the line of division blurs the
distinction between a per fess division and a chief.

8) Stonebridge Keep
Name – pended until the October kingdom meeting awaiting submission of a
populace poll.
Device – returned for conflict with Elspeth of the Wood (2/84), "Vert, on
a pale azure fimbriated, an oak tree Or." There is one CD for the addition
of the charge overall, but only a change in type of the tertiary. In
addition, the College is concerned that placing the Or bridge over the Or
fimbriations obscures identifiability and that the positioning of the
bridge and the laurel wreath are not really period style (and make the
device very awkward to blazon). The device was also missing a populace poll.

9) Suleyman Kayam
Badge – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.

10) Westgate, Canton of
Device – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.

11) Ysabeau of Prague
Device – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.
Badge – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.
