Yes.  It's call "the Roster".  Star maintains it, when regionals send
him reports and updates, hint hint.  I have the one he sent
me last night.  Staff positions can be checked on the the first few
pages of each AG.

I don't know if there's a list of people who have passed the
pursuivant test.
