ANSTHRLD - New forms on-line

I prefer that people use copies of the master submission forms sent to
all the branch heralds, mostly because there's no guarantee that your
word processor and printer will produce results that look like mine.  However:

The new Ansteorran forms can be found on the Ansteorran web page via
URL
    http://www.ansteorra.org/heraldry/forms/
The link from the main heraldry page has a typo -- case-sensitivity.
As well, all the links on INDEX>HTM are FUBARed for the same reason.

They can also be FTPed from
    ftp://ftp.reaches.midrealm.org/Heraldry/forms/ansteorra/
