meeting held at Elfsea Heraldic Collegium on June 13, 1998. Please note
that decisions are not considered final until they have appeared in the
Ansteorran Gazette.

may be a unique name, and for lack of documentation for the overall
construction of the name.

	Name – forwarded to Laurel as submitted
	Device – returned for conflict with Fitzgerald, "Argent, a saltire gules,"
