ANSTHRLD - It's Report time

Yes, once again, it is time for all you Regionals (and Tressure,
Asterisk, Bordure, Star Signet) to send in a quarterly report. I know
this is a little early; blame it on the BOD. I need something by
Thursday, it doesn't have to be fancy, I just have to hear from you.
List of heraldic activities/events under your area, any problems you
are having, issues you want to be dealt with.
