My Quarterly Report Form <gr> will be in the mail shortly, but since you
need a report by Thursday may this suffice...

Both Trelac and Adlersruhe are still unable to issue checks for
submissions because Kingdom has failed to return signature cards.
Repeated email correspondence to Kingdom Treasurer has gone unanswered.

Blacklake has held a banner/heraldic meeting for the region which I
attended.

Mendersham has held a consultation session which I attended.

Bonwicke has been considering several devices for the Western Region but
I have no idea what they are.

Crossroads keep has a new Herald.  Lord Agnar Thorvaldson (Robert Black),

I understand that it is an "open book" type exam.
