I talked to the populace of Emerald Keep last night and they wanted to
have a heraldic consultation session. The time is tentatively setup
for about noon on the third Saturday of October. (October 17, 1998)

The place has not been set as yet and I do not expect it to be
announced until their next populace meeting. Let me know if you can
make it. I'll keep you informed as to when and where it is going to
be.
