ANSTHRLD - Gazette and Site

Due to mundane work, the Gazette mailed late this month.  It mailed
Monday night, Sept. 14.

The test website at http://207.13.11.4/sca will include the September
Gazette beginning sometime tonight.  This is the last month that I will post
the Gazette to that site; all comments on what does or does not work
and what people like and do not like are due to me by the end of
September.  I want to be able to discuss this with Star in October.  The
Gazette online is in Adobe PDF format (version 3) and there are problems
viewing it with Adobe Acrobat Reader versions before version 3.

My apologies for the late mailing.  This is the third month that I have mailed
later than I want and despite the reasons I am unhappy with that.  I will
redouble my efforts to try and prevent that for the October issue, et al.
