Herewith are the decisions for ILoI 0798 as determined at the kingdom
meeting held in Stargate on September 12, 1998.

1) Aislynn Crystyn
		Device – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.

2) Alexander Peregrine
	Name – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.
Device – returned for conflict with the badge of the Order of the Silver
Molet (West), "Argent, on a pile gules an antique crown voided Or."  There
is a CD for adding the chevron, but only a change of type for the tertiary.
 Because Alexander’s device does not follow the pattern for simple armory
defined in RfS X.4.j.ii, we cannot grant a CD solely for the substantial
change of type of the tertiary.

3) Ansteorra, Kingdom of
	Badge for Minister of Children – returned for conflict with the badge of
Eliahu ben Itzhak, "Or, on a mullet of six points sable, a gryphon segreant
contourny Or."  While there is a CD for the addition of the bordure, there
is only the change of type for the tertiary, and RfS X.4.j.ii makes it
clear that a mullet of more than five points is not simple enough to allow
a CD solely for a change of type. 
	Badge for Defender of the Children – returned for redrawing. The bordure
is much too narrow, and the line of division, as drawn, blurs the
distinction between a per chevron division and a point pointed, a problem
for which Laurel has recently returned armory.

	Name – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.
	Device – forwarded to Laurel as submitted.

5) Caelin one Andred 
	Name – forwarded to Laurel as "Caelin on Andrede" after correcting the
spelling of the preposition and putting the locative in the dative case.

	Name – forwarded to Laurel as "Ceinwen ferch Rhuel" with the by-name
corrected to a doucmentable form.
