ANSTHRLD - ILoAR correction

Greetings --

	The following item was inadvertently left off the ILoAR I posted earlier
today.

18) Stonebridge Keep, Shire of
	Name – unpended and forwarded to Laurel upon receipt of a populace poll.
	Device – "Vert, on a pale azure fimbriated in base a laurel wreath argent,
overall in chief a bridge Or." A slightly different version of this device
was returned in August. The shire has made some small changes to improve
the device, and the College has elected to forward it directly to Laurel
rather than putting it through commentary again.
