This is recommended by the US Postal Service as well. The adhesive used
on standard tape vs the tabs is not condusive to be ran through all the
equipment they use. The tape will get stuck on something, rip open the
newsletter, and you end up with very little or a mangled newsletter.

I'll see if I can find the bulletin at the USPS website later one.
