Could someone give me a second opinion conflict check on the following
proposed device:

Argent masoned sable, a feather bendwise sinister Or.

(Comments on the heraldry itself are appreciated, also, of course.  Along those
lines, it's the proposed device for Emma de Fetherstan, so it's <in my
biased opinion> a bonnie little bit of canting.)
