Okay, too much heraldry yesterday. The blazon should be:

Per chevron inverted azure and argent in chief a stag's head affronty
argent.

The second choice would be:

Per chevron inverted azure and argent in chief a stag's head affronty argent
and in base two ravens respectant sable.

I would love suggestions to clear any conflicts found also.
