Missing data: Atenveldt, Calontir, Meridies, Trimaris.
Fee: the cost of a paid submission. I have found no "bulk discounts".
I convert non-US money into US dollars at current exchange rates.
Skim: the amount that a local group is allowed to charge for its own
costs. In most cases, it is explicitly stated that a branch need
not charge the skim.
Via local / Direct: whether the submissions are sent via a branch
herald or directly to the kingdom internal submissions herald.
Free resub: the period after a return in which a returned item can be
resubmitted for free. By the SCA CoA Admin Handbook, it must be
at least one year. In cases of misfeasance or malfeasance (e.g.,
"heraldic black hole"), two kingdoms explicitly say they will
extend the period; doubtless the others would too. If no period
is mentioned, a resubmission is free forever.
AEthelmearc: $8; via local; free resub <= 1 year
An Tir: US $12 or CAN $16; direct; free resub <= 1 year
Artemisia: $8 + $2 skim; usually branch; free resub <= 1 year,
some discounts after
Atenveldt: ? + $1 skim; via local; free resub?
Atlantia: $10 + $0.50 skim; via local discouraged; free resub <= 1 year
Caid: $10; via local encouraged; free resub <= 2 years
Calontir:
Drachenwald: 7 euros (about US $8), 42 Finnish marks, 70 Swedish
crowns; direct or local; free resub
Ealdormere: CDN $10 (about $US 6.66); direct; free resub <= 1 year
East: $9; usually via local; free resub <= 1 year
Lochac: AUS $20 (about US $12.50); via local; free resub [local can
return]
Meridies:
Middle: $8; direct; free resub <= 1 year [free for branch arms and name]
Outlands: $7 + $1 skim; via local; free resub <= 2 years
Trimaris:
West: $10; direct; free resub
