 would like help documenting the name:

Talon of Blackoak

I am told that "Blackoak" is the name of a forest near London, once much 
bigger than it is now.

This gentleman from Middleford paid for a "full service" device at Gulf Wars, 
saying he had been told that his name had been registered while he was living 
in Drachenwald, after trying several times, as least once through Ansteorra. 
However, I couldn't find it in the O&A or Ansteorran files.  An inquiry to 
Laurel resulted in an an acknowledgement of the inquiry, but no further 
information.  Either she found nothing  or possibly still hasn't been able to 
search her files.  The Star Principal Herald of Ansteorra has declared this a 
hardship case due to the submitter's multiple problems getting his name 
registered.
