Christal is a a male Scottish name, but I assume you mean female.  
Christopher takes the form Cristob/val in Spain, Christoffel in
Holland.  I'm not certain how a period feminine would be formed from a
male name in either Spanish or Dutch.  Christiolus is the (Latin) name
of an early Welsh saint, again male.  Crisiant is a 12th century Welsh
female name that means crystal or bright.
