SCA offices do not convey armigerous status in and of themselves, so
"Lord / Lady" is incorrect. In particular, the College of Heralds and
College of Arms have abandoned the usage for their own titles -- the
head of the College of Arms is "Laurel", not "Lady Laurel". ("Lord
Lyon King of Arms" is "Lord" because it's a judicial office in
Scotland, and judges get "Lord"; the head of the English College is
simply "Garter King of Arms".)
There are exceptions: baronry carries at least an Award of Arms per
Corpora. Ex-royals get an automatic title (viscomital, comital,
ducal) which have certain styles associated with them.
