ANSTHRLD - Precedence Question

1) In a march of precedence, the baronies are considered to have the 
precedence, which is why their representatives march in the order the 
baronies were created regardless of the representatives' personal ranking.  
So a Vicar/ess marches as the representative of the barony, which s/he is.  

2) Rumor hath that there will soon be an opening in the precedence branch of 
the Ansteorran College of Heralds; if so, everyone who has participated in 
this thread will be able to prove how devoted they are to the subject.

Don't hold your breath.  My *spell checker* can't handle this stuff.
