I believe that is indeed the correct definition, and the SCA doesn't
use it (*sigh*).  Thank you, Tadhg, for the correction.

Despite my knowing all the words, it took me a couple of seconds to
get his meaning, so on the wild assumption that others are like me,
I'll explain a bit.  The correct use of the phrase "Order of
Precedence" is a list along the lines of

    1) King and Queen
    2) Visiting monarchs
    3) Royal heir and heiress
    4) ...

or whatever the correct list for Ansteorra is, which has been
discussed on this list of late.
