ANSTHRLD - Grant question

On the topic I have managed to find at least some names of foriegn grant 
orders.
Order of the Bough from Meridies
Order of the Goute de Sange from An Tir
Order of the Jambe de Lion from An Tir
Order of the Leaf of Merit from the West
Order of the Velvet Owl from Meredies

Now I don't yet know what these are for or if thats all there is, this came 
from an old Ansteorran order of March, More info as I find it.
