ANSTHRLD - Precedence Question

Greetings,

I have a question of position within Precendence that I thought some of
the esteemed minds on this list may be able to answer.  Where in the
structure do Vicar and Vicaresses (in Fief, obviously) fit?

It would be my presumption they slide in under Baron(ess) in Fief, but
still above the Peers.  Am I correct?
