ANSTHRLD - Update on ILOI0999 Item 18

Unto the heraldic commenters for the Ansteorran Letter of Intent:  

ILoI 0999, Item 18 - Kovac Myklos, new device, Gules, a stag at gaze argent.  
This submitter has a letter of permission to conflict from Gianni Arcieri, 
Per fess azure and bendy sable and argent, a stag at gaze argent.  It is even 
now winging - uh, tripping? - it's way to Asterisk.  Please do not stop your 
conflict check when you find this one.

There have been a couple of trip-ups about this device.  The one that 
embarrasses me is that I knew about the letter of permission, but I never 
thought about it when the submission came in without it, and from a branch 
different than the site of the consultation.  I plead lack of focus due to 
the last of the ATYC onslaught.  

Besides, even if it's written down, if it's not attached to the submission it 
doesn't exist.  (Daniel, what's the Latin for that?)

Please pass this update to any commenters who are not on this list.

Perronnelle, could you forward this to our out-of-kingdom commenters?

Etienne, could you summarize this and put it in the October Gazette, like you 
did for Catot for September?  I know you're as tired of these 
post-publication corrections as I am, but so it goes.
