ANSTHRLD - Ansteorran heraldry webpage

I've finished putting the backlog of 1999 and 2000 LoIs into HTML and have
forwarded them to Francois.  They should be up on the server soon.  I have
them in Word97 format and can email them if anyone needs them sooner than
that.

Next I'll HTML the LoCs and RtCs.

FYI, I was told by the Virtual Scribe in September not to give him any more
HTML documents until after the new server was in place.  That's why these
documents haven't been kept up to date over the last few months.  That
should now be resolved.
