Greetings to the heralds assembled!

The following note was bounced to me as the list owner because of the the
word "help"  in the subject line.  I know there is a way to force the
message back through the system but I have misplaced my notes on that
option.  So without further comment...

Vallust Balstene's name and device were passed years
ago (I think back in 1979). Well, he was talking to
one of his friends the other day and they made a
comment about a change on his device going through or
almost having gone through. The problem is, he didn't
submit a change of device. He's very happy with his
device how it is.  However, he did write a
"grandfather" letter so that his wife's device could
go through.  He thinks that maybe someone thought that
he wanted to change his green armadillo to a green
mortar and pestle.  But that is not the case.

Can anybody out there shed some light on this problem?
Or can anybody tell me who I need to talk to about it?
If there is a change about to go through, we really
want to stop it. The green mortar and pestle are
supposed to be on his wife Ascelyn's device.
