We (Robert and I) are working on it.  We plan to submit it as a 
constructed name under RFS II.2.  (Did I cite that correctly?)  The 
first step will be to look up "curious" in the OED and determine if 
it was used in period, and what its meaning was.  As I understand it, 
the meaning of the byname (inquisitive) is more important than the 
particular wording.
