ANSTHRLD - Bar sinisters in this ILOI

Does anyone have a readable emblazon for Armand de Chartres
Device ILOI 0010 4.

The blazon is Per bend sinister gules and vert, a chief indented
ermine, between three fleurs-de-lys and in bend sinister three rapiers
argent, a bar sinister abased ermine.

I believe the bar sinister here is a bendlet sinister.
