ANSTHRLD - "Simple" Armory

Good Heralds,

    By my reading of the Rules for Submission and our Kingdom Administrative 
Handbook, the following piece of armory could be considered "simple" and fast 
tracked.  Am I correct?

"Or, a lion passant regardant, all within a bordure sable."
