“Sable, two rapiers in saltire between four swans naiant
 to sinister argent.“

There is no 16 in the Gazette version of this month's ILOI but I
found this in the website version of the October November 2000 ILOI.

Since this submission disappeared down the Sable Roundel and
reappeared in Estencele's part of the galaxy what is to be
done with it?
