ANSTHRLD - Consultations at Steppes 12th Night

Unto all to whom these presents may come does Laird Erc fitzMungo, Oakenwald Pursuivant, send
greetings.

There has been a request for a consultation table to be available at 12th Night.  I am willing
to bring the books belonging to the office and supplement them from our personal library, but
knowing how much work needs to be done at this event, I am hesitant to commit myself to any
consecutive period of time to working at the table.  In short, I need help.

I would like to have a U shaped area composed of three six foot long tables which will allow
three heralds to have plenty of table space for books and papers and such.  I need three
heralds to staff them for an hour or two at a time.  If we keep the table open for four hours
with three people at a time, then we need six volunteers minimum to keep the shifts at only
two hours.

I see on the digest that we are planning to have a table at Coronation, so I don't think we
necessarily need to offer full service here.  How do you folks feel about it?  Please reply
directly to me if you wish to volunteer for the table at Steppes 12th Night.  I will monitor
the digest to answer general questions and keep up with any discussion about the table.
