Speaking of the Administrative Handbook, who gets to keep track of the
typos? I've discovered one in the Section on Local Heralds, subsection B,
number 2, Monthly Reports. The first sentence says reports are due the 10th
of the month. Then it says: "For example, the report for April activities
is due to the Regional Herald by May 15th."

Interesting way to count to 10.
