ANSTHRLD - Voice heraldry

Oyez, Oyez, all voice heralds and other hams pray attend.  A Voice
Heraldry Triathlon will be held at the Southern Regional Festival, April
1 (no, it's not an April Fool's joke), in Ravensfort.  Contestants will
be judged on Speed, Accuracy, and Distance.  For more information, or to
