ANSTHRLD - How many warrented heralds do we have?

I'm not Kief...but I know what he's told others...that if you can fight you 
can waterbear, or herald...and he promptly marks the non-contact box....you 
still need that little box checked....and he urges all authorizing marshalls 
to do the same with all those they give the priviledge to fight....

You do not have to take Kief's class to get the non-contact card, but the 
marshall issuing it should ask some rudimentary questions about who's in 
charge of the field and when you can be on it...
