I believe Bryn Gwlad checked it both ways, but it wouldn't hurt to
re-check.

The SCA does not grant difference between "a pile" and "chauss{e'}",
so whenever you get such a device, always check it both ways.
Oh, and check for "per chevron inverted" as well.
